Install windows 7 from usb thumb drive

windows အသစ်တင်ခါနီးကြရင် cd/dvd drive တွေ မကောင်းလို့ စိတ်ညစ်ရတာမျိုးတွေ ကြုံဖူးကြမှာပါ။ နောက်တခါ တစ်ချို့ netbook တွေမှာ cd/dvd drive တွေ မပါလာတာမျိုးတွေ လည်းရှိတတ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီလို အခြေနေတွေ ကြရင် usb thumb drive ကို အသုံးပြုပြီးတော့ ကိုယ့်စက်ထဲကို windows install လုပ်လို့ရပါတယ်။ usb thumb drive ရဲ့ ပမာဏ အနည်းဆုံး 4G ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ usb thumb drive ကို format လုပ်ရမှာ ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ဒေတာတွေကိုတော့ တနေရာမှာ ကူးယူထားဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ အောက်မှာ ပြုလုပ်တဲ့အဆင့်တွေက Windows 7 တင်ထားတဲ့ စက်မှာ ပြုလုပ်တာပါ။ install လုပ်မယ့် windows ကလည်း windows 7 ပါပဲ။

Photo From : Google၁. usb thumb drive ကို စက်ထဲမှာထိုးလိုက်ပါ။ ပြီးရင် Start menu > All programs > Accessories ထဲကနေ Command Prompt ပေါ်မှာ right click နှိပ်ပြီးတော့ Run as  administrator ကို ရွေးလိုက်ပါ။ ဒါဆိုရင်တော့ Command Prompt ကျလာမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၂. အဲဒီ Command Prompt ထဲမှာ DISKPART လို့ ရိုက်ပြီး Enter နှိပ်ပါ။ နောက်ထပ် Console window တစ်ခု ထပ်ပေါ်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ အဲဒီမှာ အောက်က အဆင့်အတိုင်း လုပ်ပါ။

၃. ပြီးရင် LIST DISK လို့ရိုက်ပြီး Enter နှိပ်ပါ။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ စက်ထဲမှာ ရှိတဲ့ disk  တွေ အကုန်ပြပါလိမ့်မယ်။ အဲဒီမှာ သေချာ ကြည့်ပါ။ ကိုယ့် us thumb drive ရဲ့ နံပါတ်က ဘယ်လောက်လည်းဆိုတာ။ ကျွန်တော့်စက်မှာဆိုရင် DISK 0 က Hardisk ပါ။ DISK 1 က usb thumb drive ပါ။ ဘေးမှာ disk size ကို ပြထားတဲ့အတွက် အလွယ်တကူခွဲလို့ရပါတယ်။

၄. usb thumb drive ရဲ့ disk no ကို သိပြီဆိုရင် SELECT DISK 1 လို့ရိုက်ပါ။ (ကျွန်တော့်စက်မှာ usb thumb dirve က DISK 1 မလို့ SELECT DISK 1 လို့ရိုက်တာပါ။ တကယ်လို့ ကိုယ့်စက်မှာ တခြား disk no ဆိုရင် အဲဒီ နံပါတ် အလိုက်ရိုက်ပေးရမှာပါ)

၅. ပြီးရင်တော့ အောက်က အဆင့်တွေ အတိုင်း ရိုက်ပေးရမှာပါ။
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
SELECT PARTITION 1
ACTIVE
FORMAT FS=NTFS ( usb drive ကို format လုပ်တာပါ။ မိနစ် အနည်းငယ် စောင့်ရပါတယ်)
ASSIGN
EXIT (DISKPART Console ကနေ ထွက်တာပါ။ မူလ Command Prompt ကတော့ ကျန်နေပါသေးတယ်။ အဲဒီ command prompt ကို မပိတ်သေးပါနဲ့ )

၆. အပေါ်က အဆင့် ပြီးရင်… DVD drive ကောင်းတဲ့ စက်တစ်လုံးထဲမှာ windows 7 ခွေကို ထည့်။  ပြီးရင် အဲဒီခွေထဲက BOOTSECT.EXE ကို အသုံးပြု ပြီးတော့ usb thumb drive ကို bootable ဖြစ်အောင် လုပ်ရပါမယ်။ ကောင်းတာကတော့ အပေါ်က အဆင့်တွေကိုလည်း DVD Drive ကောင်းတဲ့ စက်တစ်လုံးလုံးမှာ ပြုလုပ်သင့်ပါတယ်။ usb thumb drive ကို ဖြုတ်လို်က် တပ်လိုက် လုပ်စရာမလိုတော့ဘူးပေါ့။ ပြီးရင် Command Prompt ထဲကနေ အောက်က Command တွေကို ရိုက်ပါ။
CD
D: (DVD drive letter ကို ရိုက်ပေးရမှာပါ။ ကျွန်တော့်စက်မှာ dvd drive က D ဖြစ်နေလို့ပါ။)
CD BOOT
BOOTSECT.EXE /NT60 H: (ကျွန်တော့်စက်မှာ thumb drive letter က H ပါ။ အဲဒီနေရာမှာ ကိုယ့် thumb drive letter ကို ရိုက်ပေးရမှာပါ။)

၇. အပေါ်က အဆင့်တွေ အားလုံး ပြီးသွားပြီဆိုရင် ကိုယ့် usb thumb drive က bootable drive ဖြစ်သွားပါပြီ။ နောက်အဆင့် အနေနဲ့ windows 7 ကို usb thumb drive ထဲကို ကူးထည့်ပေးရမှာပါ။ DVD drive ကောင်းတဲ့ စက်တစ်လုံးထဲမှာ windows 7 ခွေကို ထည့် ပြီးရင် အဲဒီ ခွေထဲ အားလုံးကို ခဏနေက usb thumb drive ထဲကို ကူးထည့်လိုက်ရုံပါပဲ။ အဲဒါဆိုရင်တော့ bootable ဖြစ်တဲ့ Windows 7 ပါတဲ့ usb thumb drive တစ်ခု ကို ရမှာပါ။

၈. ကိုယ် windows တင်မယ့် စက်ရဲ့ bios ထဲမှာ first boot ကို usb drive ကို ထားပေးရပါမယ်။ ပြီးရင် usb thumb drive ကို အသုံးပြုပြီးတော့ windows တင်လို့ ရပါပြီ။

တစ်ခြား Windows အတွက်တော့ အနည်းငယ် အပြောင်းလဲ ရှိမယ် ထင်ပါတယ်။ Windows 7 တော့ အိုခေပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော် ကိုယ်တိုင် စမ်းတင်ကြည့်ပြီးပါပြီ။

မၾကာမွီအခ်ိန္ကာလေလးမွာ.. Microsoft ရဲ႕ ေနာက္ထုတ္မယ့္ Window 7 အတြက္ လိုအပ္ခ်က္ေတြကို ေဖာ္ျပေပးလိုက္ပါတယ္.. မရွိေသးရင္ အခ်ိန္မွီတပ္ဆင္ထားဖို႔အတြက္ေနာ္.. :D လူမ်ားနဲ႔အတူ ေနာက္က်မသြားရေလေအာင္ အဟီးးး ကၽြန္ေတာ္ကိုယ္တိုင္ကိုက မ၀ယ္ႏိုင္ေသးဘူးဗ်ာ့.. :P
Microsoft confirms final Windows 7 system requirements
When Microsoft released the official beta for Windows 7 a while back, it also published a set of system requirements. These were a general overview, and it seems that they have been updated to match the Windows 7 RC recently made available.

Here’s the list of initial system requirements Microsoft made available:

* 1GHz processor (32- or 64-bit)
* 1GB of RAM
* 16 GB of available disk space
* Support for DirectX 9 graphics with 128MB of memory (for the Aero interface)

And here, you will find the updated and final list of requirements:

* 1 GHz processor (32- or 64-bit)
* 1 GB of RAM (32-bit); 2 GB of RAM (64-bit)
* 16 GB of available disk space (32-bit); 20 GB of avaiable disk space (64-bit)
* DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

According to ZDNet, however, “If you are planning to run Windows XP Mode along with Windows 7, Microsoft is recommending a PC with a minimum of 2GB of memory and 15 GB of additional disk space.” Microsoft stated, “In addition, Windows Virtual PC requires a PC with Intel-VT or AMD-V enabled in the CPU, as it takes advantage of the latest advancements in hardware virtualization.”

If you’re interested in comparing, here is the list of final specifications for Windows Vista:

* 1 GHz processor (32- or 64-bit)
* 512 MB of RAM (for Home Basic); 1 GB of RAM for all other versions
* 15 GB of available disk space
* Support for DirectX 9 graphics and 32 MB of graphics memory (for Home Basic); 128 MB of graphics memory plus WDDM support for all other versions.
